Robyn's video

I'm here today to talk about the Mental Health Complaints Commissioner's 'it's ok to complain' campaign. We've been working with services at the MHCC
to develop a campaign to encourage consumers and people using services to make a complaint when things aren't going right for them.

I strongly urge you to make a complaint if you feel things aren't going right for you or in the system - it will make things better for yourself and others in the long term and short term.

So, I strongly encourage you to make a complaint when things aren't going right or you feel they're not going right. You can either complain directly to the MHCC
- or Mental Health Complaints Commissioner or you can complain directly to the service - whichever you feel most comfortable with - or suits you, and your needs.

I've used the Complaints Commissioner and made complaints directly to the services and both times, have been involved in making things better.
