- We handle complaints about Victorian publicly funded mental health and wellbeing services; and
- We promote effective complaint handling by mental health and wellbeing service providers.
- We provide stewardship.
- Information sharing plays a critical role in our relationship with services.
- We encourage services to contact us, to highlight barriers to compliance and advise us or other governance entities on how to address these issues.
