The MHCC’s annual reports and other publications (archives)

Find the former MHCC's annual reports and other publications from 2014 to 2022 before its work and functions were transferred to the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission on 1 September 2023.

On this page, you can access annual reports and other archived publications of the Mental Health Complaints Commissioner (MHCC). As required under s268 of the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014, the annual reports describe MHCC's actvities for each year including:

• the number of complaints made to the Commissioner
• the outcomes of these complaints
• education activities undertaken by the MHCC.
